BOATENG


My name is Julian, and I am the Founder & CEO of Win At All Cost Middle School Combine. Basketball and youth development have been central to my life from a very young age. Raised in Providence, Rhode Island, the game of basketball instilled in me discipline, resilience, leadership, and the importance of mentorship—lessons that continue to shape who I am both on and off the court. 


In 2019, I relocated to Chicago, Illinois, to pursue greater opportunities and fully commit to my passion for basketball and empowering young athletes. I have been blessed to coach boys’ high school–level basketball with some of the top AAU programs in Chicago, including Young & Reckless

(3 years), Mac Irvin Fire EYBL (1 year), and Meanstreets EYBL (3 years). The standards, guidance, and mentorship I received from these elite programs played a major role in shaping me into the coach, leader, and man I am today.

My goal is to deliver a top-tier experience not only for athletes but also for their families, one that emphasizes growth, confidence, and strong character.


I am excited to continue building a strong basketball culture and making a lasting, positive impact by helping every athlete reach their fullest potential. I look forward to you being a part of this exciting journey!
